Kamran Gill started his restaurant career over a decade ago as a prep cook doing Asian American Fusion in Virgina. After quickly rising through the ranks to become sous chef, Kamram decided to leave his restaurant and expand his culinary skillset learning other cuisines and culinary techniques. Kamram started Tikka Tacos with his longtime friend Durand.
Durand started his career in the culinary world as a connoisseur, traveling and eating everything! As an accomplished collegiate athlete at TCU and then a competitive eater. Durand has traveled the world cooking and eating up a storm. Durand is one of the most passionate and competitive cooks you will meet and he adds the spice and flare to Tikka Tacos.
